Can I donate puzzles to the library?
Answer
NOPL accepts puzzle donations for our Community Puzzle Exchanges. Donated puzzles should be in good condition, have all pieces, and should be contained in a box with a photo of the finished puzzle. All ages and levels of puzzle accepted.
Small donations can be made at any Library location with a Community Puzzle Exchange during that Library's open hours. Puzzles that can fit on Community Puzzle Exchange shelves can be donated by leaving them on the shelves. If the puzzles do not fit, you can take them to the Circulation Desk.
Donations larger than 20 puzzles can be made at the Main Library (219 Loyola Avenue) or to the Friends of the New Orleans Public Library located in the Carriage House behind the Latter Library (5120 Saint Charles Avenue) during book sale hours. For more information on book sales, including hours, visit their website.
