Users can only access Candid's Foundation Directory and Guidestar by connecting to the wi-fi provided by any of our New Orleans Public Library branches and visiting our e-Resources A to Z page. Unlike their other two offerings, Candid's Learning Knowledge Base can be accessed from anywhere.
