Why is a Culture Pass not available?
I wanted to reserve a Culture Pass, but I do not see any availability on the calendar. Why is an institution’s Culture Pass unavailable?
Answer
A Culture Pass might not be available because the institution is closed, all passes for that organization have been booked, or the passes are outside the range of bookable dates.
Our Culture Passes can only be booked up to 30 days in advance. Passes for days outside of the range of bookable dates will appear on the calendar as "Not Available Yet." In addition, days on the calendar will be marked as "Booked" when other patrons have already reserved all available passes. Finally, days will show up as "Closed" on the calendar when the partner organization is not open.
You can check back on a different day to see if there are any available dates.
