Why do I get an error code when trying to access LinkedIn Learning?

Sometimes you can override this glitch with a new PIN.
If you have your Library card number and the email address registered to your account, then you can reset your PIN through our catalog. Click “Log in,” and then click the "I forgot my passcode" link.
Now go to LinkedIn Learning from the e-Resources from A to Z page of our website.
Log into LinkedIn Learning with the new PIN you created.
