How can I reset my PIN?
I forgot my PIN and cannot access my account online. Can you help?
Answer
Your PIN should be a 4-digit number. If you have your Library card number and the email address registered to your account, then you can reset your PIN on our website. On the “Log in” page, there is a “Forgot your PIN?” link.
